Product Photography

Working with real products in a limited environment, for this project, I went back to my roots to create something beautiful, regardless of the tools at my disposal. These shots were taken in a 2x2ft light box using a cheap Canon 250D, with a 1:1 100mm macro lens on my old childhood tripod, with a single light source.

Compositing

I used the panels and backdrop papers to hold at an angle against the reflection of the glasses in order to prevent light glare. I used Photoshop to create a simulation reflection and clever masking techniques to cut out the products in order to create a consistent background color between each image.

I created video ads for each glasses model using After Effects, rotoscoped masks, stabilization and clever animation tricks to simulate certain movements.
